Assist supervisors in performance appraisals; coach supervisors on administering performance appraisals. · Preparation and implementation of policies and procedures, presentations and training sessions for School administration, faculty, and program staff. · Responsible for the initiation and processing of personnel appointments for support staff, administration, and full and part-time faculty. · Performance of campus wide research and high level analysis of financial and personnel data for school Dean and University usage. · Management of Administrative Affairs for a Washington D.C. based research institution affiliated with the School. · Responsible for representing School in union labor relation disputes. |
