I beleive that there are no problem horses just horses that do not understand exactly what we are asking or who do not see their handler as the alpha of the herd. I also believe that anyone can learn how to work with horses.

Worked with horses for the past 20 years.
Worked in Colorado for a few years with rescue horses. Worked in California for several years with horses. Helped run a rescue in Washington where we worked with Mustangs and Slaughter Bound Horses. Currently completed my IT degree from the University of Phoenix and am working on my Bachelors and still working with horses. I now run a horse rescue in Sherwood, Arkansas.
