I have recently completed research on the exact procedures necessary for a Florida eviction. I now offer my services to other landlords that need help. If you are a landlord going through an eviction for the first time, I will be happy to consult with you, and direct you to the proper information. If you would like me to prepare the documents for you please contact me directly for a price. In most cases the document preparation is approximately $100-$150. If you are a member of this class I can offer a 50% discount on document preparation. ruthebeyer@yahoo.com

My Experience

I first became a landlord in 1984 when my former husband and I bought a duplex. We had some interesting adventures, and sold it after about three years. In 1997, I bought a house with an apartment attached. After spending quite some time renovating the apartment, I rented it out. It has been constantly rented since that time. In 2004 I bought a condo as an investment property and renovated it. The condo has also been constantly rented since November 2004. I sold the condo early this year. In February of 2006, my partner and I bought a duplex. We spent several months renovating it. I bought my partner out early this year, 2007. It is currently fully rented.

My Awards
