RECENT WRITINGS
- I've written several essays on Buddhist approaches to experience, which includes several essays on 9/11, from the perspectives of Buddhist and Western philosophy. The essays are available on www.buddhistpoems.com , and on www.thegoldenlantern.com which I respectively publish and edit. The stats tell me that buddhistpoems.com has received traffic from all over the world, particularly for the 9/11 pieces.
- I wrote and published History of Philosophy Guide - In Verse, With Commentary (1999). It is intended to help students of philosophy, whether they are taking classes, or studying on their own. Selections of the original poems and text appear on my www.historyofphilosophy.org site.
- I publish www.searingsunpress.com which includes sample poems from my History of Philosophy Guide, and from my other booklets of original poetry, which are sold through the site.
- I wrote and published three volums of poetry with a Buddhist theme. I collected the poems, wrote an Introduction to Buddhism, and have them for sale at my web sites.
- I am the Editor of www.thegoldenlantern.com . The The Golden Lantern is an on-line poetry submission site for poems which deal with some aspect of Hindu, Buddhist, or Taoist thought. Dave McInerney, publisher.
