2006-2008 School Years - Urban High School - teaching Grade 9 English [ELA] following NY State ELA Teaching Standards to mostly at-risk students.
2005-2006 School Year - Urban high school - Teaching remedial reading in a pilot program to ninth graders who failed the state assessment as 8th graders but graduated from grammar school. This program is designed to raise their reading levels before they are entered into a rigorous high school curriculum.
