  • Teaching early childhood, special education, assessment, foundations, theory, and parent education at the University of MN and TN
  • Five years of clinical supervision in a psychiatric treatment facility for young children with severe behavior problems.
  • Conducting teacher, child care provider, parent trainings for over 15 years.
  • Consulting with professionals, educators, and child care providers on behavior related issues.
  • Working in administration for several years.
  • Grant writing at a county level.
  • Research & evaluation in behavioral health.
