About Anu Agarwal

I started a home based craft business selling hand-made jewelry items. I have sold to family, friends and acquintances. I have also sold through classifieds in town's local newspaper, on eBay and at a craft show. Currently I am setting up my website to sell my jewelry items. It is expected to go live by April 2006.

I have been beading for last 2 years. My sister introduced me to it. I enjoy it a lot.

This is my second business attempt. My first company closed in about 3 months. I wanted to import gift items and sell them in US. However, due to a downturn in the economy (2002), it did not do so well. I learnt a lot in the whole process anyway and used that experience in setting up my new business.
