Reflexology, and other holistic therapies, have become my passion. I began taking this path several years ago do to an illness, and conventional medicine was not the answer. After a great deal of self taught research and practice I am now in the process of setting up a workshop with fellow friends on the benefits of this practice.

BA in Psychology
Degrees in Holistic Medicine and am currently studying this healing method at the International Institute of Reflexology and pursuing membership in the RAA organization.

In addition to sharing my knowledge with others on Reflexology, I also teach courses on advice and self-help topics- such as Self-Esteem Building, and how to overcome personal conflicts.
