1994 - developed a full syllabus for training transcriptionists which program ultimately was and is currently marketed on the Internet. Concomitantly, developed a home business book to instruct home-based business people on how to set up and conduct their various enterprises. Wrote manuals to train medical coders who are expected to translate medical treatment and diagnoses to digitized codes. This process was also formally prepared for instruction course on the Internet. Also added medical billing to the courseware.
Legal courses were added in 2002, legal transcription and paralegal training.

1977 - named Utah Businesswoman of the year by Utah Business Women's organization.

1983 – became the first Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) in Utah. Chaired the Utah Chapter of the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT) and served as the President for two years thereafter. Initiated the Idaho and Wyoming Chapters of this organization.

1990 - named "Boss of the Year" by the Utah Businesswomen's Association (nominated by staff and employees of Meditech).

1955-1999 - Most notable achievement: mothered 4 excellent children who are now my best friends.

1998-2004 – Guardian ad litem in children’s program through Juvenile Court System, CASA Volunteer. Working with children in various stressful homes, discovering potential programs, which might be of assistance, recommending to the Juvenile Court authorities a course of action specifically designed to assist and benefit the affected children.
