During my twenty year career as a phlebotomist, I have instructed and trained hundreds of new phelbotomist on the job. I have been involved in every facet of phlebotomy including neonates, toddlers, children, adults, geriatric patients, mentally and physcically handicapped patients. I have experience in performing phlebotomy under routine conditions and in trauma situations.
